People are inspired to move toward a whole foods, plant-based diet for many different reasons.

  • They’ve received a sobering diagnosis.
  • They’re ready to take action on climate change or water and air pollution.
  • They’re tired of being obese and/or sick.
  • They’re concerned about a family member, and want to provide the healthiest possible.
